You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:


  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them
  • In their original packaging, with tags
  • Free from odors, stains, or signs of wear
  • Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase

When we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.


If approved, you’ll receive your refund to your original payment method.


Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.


If you need another size or color, please request a refund and place a new order.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:


  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Worn or used apparel
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.


⏳ Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After 12 hours, your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.



🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages

Tekify.co is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen.

For protection, customers may add Shipping Protection at checkout.
